We discussed having better planned machine inductions, as now its a bit adhoc and you have to catch the right person… I wrote up some thoughts on how in the Operations Manual - any comments / thoughts etc?

Yes it soul be an idea to have planned inductions, perhaps having an induction evening? Maybe one a month? Or fortnight?
